Edit Employee pane is corresponding for content filling for your panels. So you need to add your content while editing your team members. Add content, style and format it with html/visual editor.
After that on Edit Team screen you need to activate panels, choose layout and decide general options you wish to go with.
So basically you can use different styles for the same member that belongs to multiple teams.
